Motivated to make an impactful change for Congo, Jean-Claude first founded “l’Alliance des Démocrates Humanistes” (The Alliance of Humanist Democrats) party in 2004. For the past two decades, Jean-Claude has dedicated his career towards addressing the needs of Congolese people: investing in public school systems, building infrastructure for healthcare, creating new jobs and modernizing cities.

Throughout his tenure in politics, Jean-Claude has been recognized within Congo as one of the most influential and impactful leaders in Equateur. In addition to serving as Governor of the Province, he also served as both the National Deputy and Provincial Deputy for the electoral district of the city of Mbandaka.
